KALE CHIPS 1 bunch of kale (stems removed & cut into 2" pieces) Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together vinegar, oil & salt. Toss with kale leaves. Place in a single layer on cookie sheet. (A baking sheet lined with parchment paper makes for easy cleanup.) Bake 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy. Do not overcook or brown too much or the chips will taste bitter.
